Saturday Post 450b

 Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Saturday now stands @ exactly 3700 (nice number     XD) but secondly and way more importantly, I'm really owed FORTY-EIGHT MINUTES online after watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 105TH time!! Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 4th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:45am, and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• Pearl and I happily cuddle and snore, me waking once more for the pot :P shortly after 9am, just before noisyPIG mum begins her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and help me exceedingly slightly with not only the bra strap but the tee  (since dearest dad's @ home) before leaving me to get myself mostly independently kitted, which I comply with after giving myself fifteen more minutes first. Whilst doing so, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• PIG mum returns to finish with absolutely nothing bar Elf's AFO straps and both laces before I let her gleefully FORCE :( mr to walk over to the bathroom to brush teeth. That done, I drink one tall mug of water then sit over the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Breakfast is one once-weekly fried egg on one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast and a very thin bed of avocado, one full mug of water, all my usual drugs :P and one delicious mug of vanilla chai with milk. Over and after breakfast, I happily read for thirty minutes, reaching pg. 350 @ 10:34am.
•  When the parents said we're going, I used the loo for one tinkle and then climbed into the backseat of dad's 4WD, buckling my oen seatbelt (what I did all day). Dad tootled PIG mum and I off to Underwood MarketPlace and parked underground.

 Good afternoon!  Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total for Friday's actually 5036 (ha, I'm just over half a normal person XD); secondly, Joni's devotional topic from last night's 'The Perfect Response"; thirdly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3585 steps (ha, I'm just over 3.5 grand XD); fourthly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Five Digital Dangers'; fifthly, TWFT topic's 'You Can Rise Above Worry (2) and  sixthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's Called And  Equipped By God'but seventhly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR AND TWENTY-FOUR MINUTES online after taking a shower when PIG mum awakes from her long afternoon nap!! Anyways, let's start off with last night's events first!

• After watching the 6pm news Nine's) for the 104TH time, I used the loo for one tinkle, quickly wolfed down drinner, drank soup, took my bowl over to the sink and was seated on the couch before coverage began @ 7:30pm!
• 50971 attended the match last night, and the Broncos won by a field goal to Jock Madden! Am spending this arvo reading match report after match report and basking in their glory. XD
• Watched the post show match and then got myself to bed afterwards. Zzz~

Friday Post 450

 Good evening! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 3905 steps; secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'The Freest Love'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'You Can RFise Above Worry (1)'; fourthly, Our  Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'A Change Of Venue'; fifthly, the actual spam count for the weekend's actually one (ha, it received something XD) and sixthly, the spam count for the week's twenty-four but seventhly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONEI HOUR and TWENTY-THREE MINUTES online after I watch Friday night football tonight; argh, what a crummy way to end  the week! >< *sigh* Anyways, just briefly, events for today?

• Yay, 3rd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:45am~
• Peggy minded me from 9:30am.
• 1st physio session for the day was @ Breathe: 2.019km bike ride, 36 hamstring curls per leg, 36 rows per hand, 36 shoulder press per hand and boxing!
• Had lunch outside the therapies building; PIG mum cooked yummy fried rice for me! It's undercover and there are five round tables with chairs that have backrests.
• 2nd physio session: Six transfers from double red mats to plinth, one-, two- and four-point kneeling, two TUG tests and two 10m walk tests.
• Took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who rinsed my hair out for me, thus freeing Era  to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, arvo tea was some fruit, about half a plain cracker and  one massive mug of green tea.
• Looking forward to watching the 6pm news (Nine's) for the 104TH time!
• Toms: no support over the weekend. >< 
• Maybe I can read for three hours? Hopefully will go for walkies with the parents, else expect a super-pissy plodding total for me.
• Dad will hopefully playing table tennis  with him; the first competition's this Sunday!
• Anyways, hope  everyone has a smashing weekend ahead!

Thursday Post 450e

 Good evening again and one final greeting for tonight! Em's final, final plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 2834. Anyways, final, final events for tonight?

• I was happily watching the 1st women's State Of Origin match when PIG mum came over @ 8:40pm and gleefully forced poor Ela on thirty minutes of some new exercise she'd purchased for me, the Fit Me. Provided I can remain seated whilst doing it, I'll not complain.
• At 9:10pm I walked myself once more slowly and safely to the loo for one tinkle and back, always rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
•  Tonight's ice cream night, yay; like I always say, a very little's better than none @ all!
• Toms: Peggy's minding me from 9:30pm and taking me not to one but TWO physio sessions; cripes, I've exhausted just thinking about it! ><" Breathe's @ 11am (will tell Winnie to please lemme stay seated for exercises coz I've got another 1.5hr session @ UQ toms arvo) and then I've got UQ physio for 1.5 hours. Unsure if it's an SP session; should I arrive playing mute?
• Peggy will see me home and showered before leaving @ 2pm; after which Dorrie's giving Ela one  hour of unfunctional exercises
• Wonder if I'll have time to enjoy my most important two hours of the day online, read for one hour and watch the 6pm news for the 104TH time? Might haveta keep reading  after dinner to achieve that.
• Anyways, hoping everyone has a lovely end to the week toms!

Thursday Post 450d

 Good evening! Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Thursday now stands @ 2541 (ha, I'm just over 2.5 grand XD) and secondly, Joni's devotional topic's "God Can't." Anyways, continuing tonight's events?

• Thanks to PIG mum who let Nisha inside when she announced her arrival, thus saving me from a potentially dangerous trip to the front door myself.
• Score, Nisha really did clean out the Mercedes-Benz's back seat for me! I immediately headed out for a fully reclined photo before returning back inside for a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also, thanks to Nisha who rinsed out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye fully shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, back out @ the gobbling :P table arvo tea was some fruit (pear/banana), half a plain cracker and one huge mug of green/peppermint tea. Happiness was reading the book club novel for one hour (I reached pg. 300 @  4:27pm, reached pg. 325 @ exactly 5:15pm and reached pg. 333 @ 5:31pm. Happiness was then playing the HP version of Bejeweled for like twenty minutes; I managed to pass another level!
• At 5:55pm I sat once more over the loo for two tinkles before signing Nisha  off with my  thanks and byes.  Unsure when she's next back.
• Happily watched the 6pm news (Seven's) for the 103RD time. All the things I like recording are in the previous post.
• When PIG mum summoned me for dinner @ 7:25pm, I used the loo for one tinkle and then walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Dinner tonight: rice, lotsa yummy cauliflower, lotsa sweet soup carrot and three slices of chicken.
• Dinner was spooned down with one bowl of soup; after taking the bowl over to the sink I walked myself slowly and safely back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over.
• Righteo, hopefully bbl after one last loo trip @ 9pm with my final, final plodding total for today, the final, final events for tonight plus what's happeening Friday, else wishing everyone a smashing end to the week toms!

Thursday Post 450c

 Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1577 steps (ha, I'm over 1.5 grand XD); secondly, "What's Meekness"; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Are You Hooked On Pornography'? and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's "God's Handiwork." Anyways, let's start off with last night's events first, just briefly!

• Nisha took me to play table tennis! Unfortunately there wasn't any cake but the lift's working again, yay! When I asked Rhonda would I see her @ the competition this Sunday she replied she wasn't aware about it? When Kim came to play with me and I asked her how come Rhonda didn't know, she came over and told me quietly lest Rhonda overhear that she's not been invited since she's only got a physical disability but no mental disability, which is the requirement for competing.
• Got home and showered my quickest - hairwash today. Also thanks to Nisha who helped me rinse out my hair, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Despit showering my quickest I wasn't in time to watch the 6pm news, but oh well. Instead, I read the book club novel for about forty minutes, finishing pg. 275 @ 6:18pm.
• Had the usual dinner, used the loo for one more tinkle and then dearest dad dropped me off to Peter Pie's place for GG~
• Ten attended last night and we studied Psalm sixty-three. I was just jealous since somebody brought nutty snacks to share and I couldn't have any!! >< XD
• Jodie dropped me then Elena home, I noted down my final, final plodding total for Wednesday and hit the sack. Zzz~

• I've only plopped online for three minutes when PIG mum says we're going! After using the loo for one tinkle, I climb into the backseat of dad's 4WD and he tootles PIG mum and I off to Capalaba Park since PIG mum wanted a new coffee plunger!
• At Capalaba Park, daad walks with me to the food court while PIG mum goes shopping for her coffee plunger. Dad returns with mini bahn mis for us; mine's  crackling pork! He's also got himself a cappuccino while PIG mum and  I just drink water since she was mean and wouldn't get a Boost Juice for us. *sigh* That's prolly why she couldn't find her coffee plunger! XD
• Lunch finishes, dad tootles   us home, I use the loo for one tinkle and properly pop online, fending off PIG mum who wants to come and gleefully force poor Ela to do some new exercise for her, since she's bought some FitMi thing. Think she'll leave me alone until I've watched the 6pm news (Seven's) for the 103RD time, after Nisha minds me for two hours. Hope she's remembered to clean out the backseat of her cousin's Mercedes-Benz; yesterday 'twas packed with stuff and she couldn't lower my passenger seat and allow the legs to fully stretch out while I reclined!
• Women's Origin is being aired tonight; don't think I'll watch but will leave Nine Now on so I can listen.
• Toms: Peggy's minding me 9:30pm till 1pm. Will remember to return to bed immediately after one tinkle since she's taking me to Breathe for my first session for the day. Will remember to tell Winnie to please just lemme do seated stuff toms, since after Breathe Peggy's taking me to the NAB for a 1.5hr SP session! Aww, I forgot to ask could I please play mute again. XD
• But after Peggy leaves, I've still got an OT session with Dorrie! Just Ela doing one hour of unfunctional exercises.
• Looking forward to watching the 6pm news for the 104TH time, provided I can watch that for the 103RD time tonight!
• Looking forward to watching Many play Brisbane toms night! Hoping that the Broncos win but I'll not be upset should Manly prevail should the Sea Eagles win coz they were Bob's team~ 
• Anyways, hopefully bbl else wishing everyone a smashing end to the week toms!
